Terms and conditions for Francespa Reflexology
I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). Being a full member of the AoR demonstrates that I have a nationally recognised Diploma in Reflexology.
As an AoR member:
· I am bound by the AoR Code of Practice and Ethics.
· I follow the AoR Good Practice Policy and hygiene guidance to ensure client safety.
· I will always be adequately insured for medical malpractice /professional indemnity requirements. The industry standard is in excess of £5 million cover.
· I comply with the AoR Continuing Professional Development requirements which ensures my practice is kept up to date.
· I am compliant with GDPR data protection, please see my separate Privacy policy. Your information will remain confidential at all times.
· As a professional and highly qualified reflexologist with MAR status, I will provide you with the appropriate bespoke treatment and support.
1. Appointments
I have health requests of my clients as follows:
· If you feel unwell including if you have a cough, a fever or loss of taste and smell or have been in touch with anyone with these symptoms please contact me as we may need to postpone your appointment.
· In return I will apply these high standards to myself. Should I feel unwell, unable to treat or it is inadvisable for me to treat, I will explain the situation to you as soon as possible before your treatment.
· Male clients requesting appointments for Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Facials you will be offered appointment dates and times when I know that there will be another adult at home and therefore bookings are subject to being rescheduled as a result. For gentlemen seeking therapies and services that I do not offer please seek an alternative provider. This safety policy has been put in place to protect myself, my business, my family and my home. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
2. Fees
· My fees are as follows, they are payable in full at the time of treatment.
· Charges - please see my website for the up to date list of charges for treatments.
· Home visits are available - price on application.
· At Home Spa parties are available - price on application.
3. Cancellation Policy
· I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. As you are aware my business is dependent on the number of clients I can see in my clinic hours. Therefore if you are unable to make a previously arranged appointment I request that you provide me with at least 24 hours notice. This will allow me the option to re book the time slot with someone on my waiting list.
· Less than 24 hours notice may result in a fair-use fee of 100% of my usual treatment cost. This fee will be required to be settled prior to any future bookings.
· Please note that if you arrive late for an appointment, I may have to reduce your session time to prevent it impacting other clients. The charge for this treatment will be the full charge for the session you booked.
6. Vouchers I supply the option to buy vouchers for treatments. These may be given as gifts.
· Where an appointment is booked and missed, my cancellation policy above will apply and a proportion of the treatment will be deducted from those remaining.
· These vouchers are non refundable.
7. Use of background music
· I only play Royalty free music within my business and therefore I am not required to have The Music Licence. Unless you are in your own home, I am unable to play your preferred music selection.
8. The use of Face Coverings
· I chose to use discretion regarding the wearing of face coverings.
9. Provision of additional therapies
· I offer other therapies in addition to reflexology. I provide these therapies to the same high standard expected by the AoR for reflexology. I also have insurance in place for these additional therapies.
· Indian Head Massage – including a specific upper back, neck and shoulder massage taken from the Indian Head Massage sequence.
· Holistic Facial Massage
10. Adding your details to my mailing list and appointment reminder service
· By booking via my online diary, you are agreeing to be added to my mailing list and appointment reminder service
· If you do not book online, I will ask you to read my good practice policy and privacy policy at your appointment and confirm that you are happy for me to add you to the mailing list and appointment reminder service

Subscription Club – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a Subscription Club membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Subscription Overview
1.1 The Subscription Club consists of a paid package of four (4) treatments.
1.2 Full payment is required in advance at the start of the subscription.
1.3 All four appointments are booked at the beginning of the subscription period.
2. Validity & Usage
2.1 All treatments included in the subscription must be used within six (6) months from the date of payment.
2.2 Any unused treatments remaining after the six-month period will expire and cannot be carried over, refunded, or exchanged.
2.3 Treatments are non-transferable and may only be used by the named subscriber.
3. Appointments & Scheduling
3.1 Appointments are scheduled at the time of purchase and are subject to availability.
3.2 Requests to reschedule appointments must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.
3.3 While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate rescheduling requests, alternative dates and times cannot be guaranteed. 3.4 This subscription rate is only available for Monday–Friday appointments between 10am and 4pm. It does not apply to evening or weekend bookings, mobile visits, or spa-at-home parties.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
4.1 All usual cancellation and rescheduling terms and conditions apply.
4.2 Failure to provide the required notice for cancellation or rescheduling may result in the treatment being forfeited.
4.3 Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or loss of the appointment, at the provider’s discretion.
5. Refunds & Membership Cancellation
5.1 Subscription Club payments are non-refundable, in whole or in part.
5.2 If the subscriber chooses to cancel the subscription after payment, any unused treatments will be forfeited.
5.3 No refunds will be given for expired, missed, or unused appointments.
6. Treatment Suitability
6.1 It is the subscriber’s responsibility to ensure they are medically and physically suitable for the treatments booked.
6.2 The provider reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe, without obligation to refund.
7. Provider Changes
7.1 The provider reserves the right to make reasonable changes to appointment times, treatment providers, or treatment details if necessary.
7.2 If an appointment must be cancelled by the provider, an alternative appointment will be offered.
8. General
8.1 These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time.
8.2 Purchase of the Subscription Club constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
