Reflexology

Reflexology is a complementary health therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing. It is a touch therapy that is based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body and reflexologists work these points and areas.
Aromareflex
From £65
Aromareflex combines the power of essential oils and Reflexology together you will receive a full reflexology treatment and to enhance the benefit of the treatment you will have a blend of oils chosen just for you. It is an extremely relaxing and nurturing experience. You will have your blend applied throughout your treatment. This treatment is longer than a regular reflexology session as it also incorporates advanced massage techniques. You will be given your blend pot to take home so that you can maximise the benefits of your session.
Indian Head Massage
From £40
Indian Head Massage is a seated massage. This treatment that focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders, using circular massage strokes to improve hair and scalp condition.

The Holistic Facial Massage includes a cleanse, lymphatic drainage, a rejuvenating mask and deep tissue massage of the face, chest, shoulders and scalp, designed to release tension, lift and sculpt the muscles of the face, increase circulation, reduce puffiness and fine lines.

About me
Hello! My name is Francesca Isaac and I am a Level 3 ITEC qualified Reflexologist. I have always had an interest in complementary therapies and wellbeing. After becoming a mother I decided to retrain and completed my training at The Cotswold Academy in Cirencester, fast forward a few years and I am now working full time as a reflexologist!
I have a treatment room based at my home in the beautiful downland village of Leckhampstead in Berkshire (home visits can be arranged upon request, please contact me for more details).
I also hold qualifications in Indian Head Massage, Holistic Facial Massage and have advanced training in Reflexology for Menopause.
I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists, which requires me to meet a strict code of practice and ethics to benefit not only myself, but my clients too.
I am fully insured and hold an enhanced DBS check.
